1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wealth Frequency ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of this App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms shall take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
Wealth Frequency is a desire visualization and personal wealth tracking application that allows users to:
- Save and organize products and desires from around the internet
- Track personal balance and income
- View analytics and insights about their desires
- Mark items as purchased
The App is designed for personal use as a visualization and organization tool.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and that your parent or guardian has read and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the App's functionality or other users' access
- Use automated systems or bots without permission
- Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you add to the App (product images, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
Third-Party Content
When you save products from external websites, the content (images, titles, prices) remains the property of those third parties. We do not claim ownership of such content and are not responsible for its accuracy.
Our Content
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Wealth Frequency and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Financial Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Wealth Frequency is NOT a financial advisor, investment service, or budgeting tool in the traditional sense. The App is designed for visualization and personal organization purposes.
- We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice
- The balance tracking feature is for personal reference only
- We do not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions
- All financial data is manually entered and managed by you
- We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make

7. Subscriptions & Payments
Wealth Frequency offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The following plans are available:
- Weekly — $2.49/week
- Annual — $14.99/year
- Lifetime — $39.99 one-time purchase
All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial.
Billing & Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
Managing Subscriptions
- You can manage and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- To cancel a subscription, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, select Wealth Frequency, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
Refund Policy
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly as billing is handled entirely by Apple.
Price Changes
Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries based on exchange rates. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, we will provide notice of the change and you will have the opportunity to accept or cancel before being charged at the new rate.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Frequency and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
12. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@wealthfrequency.app so we can try to resolve it informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for matters requiring urgent protection.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring claims in your local courts under mandatory consumer protection laws, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth Frequency regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
